1. About Bay Bouquet
Bay Bouquet is a floral design studio offering fresh floral arrangements, Bloom Bar experiences, workshops, event florals, and related products and services.
2. Products & Availability
Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, availability may vary.
Flower varieties and colors are subject to seasonal availability.
We reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of your arrangement.
Product photos are representative examples. Each arrangement is handcrafted and unique.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be added during checkout where required.
4. Orders
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation.
If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.
5. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our website.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information.
Bay Bouquet is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
Incorrect addresses
Recipient unavailability
Restricted access locations
Severe weather or circumstances beyond our control
If a recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate.
7. Fresh Flower Care
Fresh flowers are perishable.
To maximize vase life:
Trim stems before placing in water.
Change water every 2–3 days.
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit.
Bay Bouquet cannot guarantee flower longevity once arrangements have been delivered or picked up.
8. Bloom Bars, Workshops & Events
Reservations may require a deposit or full payment at booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Event dates are reserved upon receipt of payment.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Specific event contracts may include additional terms that supersede these website Terms & Conditions.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photographs of the arrangement to help evaluate the concern.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at Bay Bouquet's discretion when an error or quality issue is determined.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, logos, graphics, website content, and designs are the property of Bay Bouquet and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
Copy or distribute website content without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bay Bouquet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
